Do you have free consultation?
Here at White Buffalo Tax, we are not greedy. We provide free consultation on every return. The only time you will need to pay is if you’re filing with us. If after we have initially prepared your return and you decided to leave, you may do so without any charge.
Can I pay fee using my refund?
We are fully aware that sometimes using cash out of pocket is impossible. We have a payment option where our clients can use the refund to pay the filing fee. You qualify for that option if you meet all of the following:
- Filing current return (must be filing before or on April 15 / not late or extended)
- Has enough refund coming to cover the fee
- Agree with the additional fee for that payment option
The additional fee will be discussed by our tax preparer during the consultation. Take note that if you avail this option, the only method of disbursement is direct deposit. We do not print checks in the office.
Do you provide printed copy of the submitted return
We only provide digital copy of the completed return.
Do you file previous years’ tax return?
Yes, we do. We can e-file to current year and the last 2 years. Anything before that, will have to be paper filed.
How do I request for a price?
Asking for the cost before making a decision is a great financial planning. We are happy to help you! Since we want to give you a quote that is closer to the actual fee, we require that you at least uploaded the documents and filled out the necessary information to have a snapshot of your tax situations. From there, we will create a personalized pricing based on the forms that we will need to file for you.
If you are a first time customer, you will need to call or chat us to get you onboard. Once you’re done and we have the necessary details, we will call you to discuss the price.

Until when can I apply for Refund Advance Loan?
It’s highly recommended to apply for Refund Advance Loan before February 28, 2025.
